PXWAR is a decentralized, collective Web3 digital canvas and territorial coordination platform built on the Solana blockchain. The Platform is not a custodian, exchange, broker, asset manager, or financial institution. Private keys and crypto assets remain under the sole control of users.
Due to the deterministic nature of blockchain architecture, all transactions confirmed on the Solana network are irrevocable, permanent, and non-refundable. Users acknowledge that chargebacks and refunds are technically impossible and legally waived.
The first 10 pixels can be claimed for free (0 SOL) by any new wallet. Ownership is not absolute; any participant may take over territory by paying double the prior price. 75% of the total SOL paid is instantly credited to the prior owner's withdrawable vault.
Exploiting free promotional pixels through automated bots, proxies, or multiple burner wallets is strictly prohibited. Protocol operators reserve the right to unilaterally reset pixels obtained through Sybil abuse without compensation.
Users warrant that they hold all necessary intellectual property rights for images, logos, and clickable links uploaded. Malware, phishing links, illegal substances, and fraudulent schemes are strictly prohibited.
Users represent that they are not subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, the EU, or the UN Security Council. Using the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing is strictly barred.
The protocol and user interface are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties regarding network uptime or wallet compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PXWAR operators and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from participation.
PXWAR rejects traditional Web2 data surveillance and behavioral profiling. We never request or store real names, physical addresses, national IDs, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking credentials. Your only identifier is your cryptographic Solana public key.
By inherent architecture of the Solana blockchain, your public wallet address, transaction signatures, pixel coordinates, and paid SOL amounts are stored on a public ledger visible worldwide. These records cannot be altered or deleted.
PXWAR deploys ZERO third-party tracking pixels or ad brokers. We solely use local browser storage (localStorage) to persist functional user preferences such as your language selection (i18n), CSRF security tokens, and canvas zoom settings.
Our servers may retain minimal, anonymized network logs strictly for threat detection (DDoS mitigation, SQL injection defense). These technical logs are permanently wiped on automated cycles.
Because no personal data is collected or processed, the Platform does not function as a traditional Data Controller under GDPR, CCPA, or KVKK. Furthermore, the cryptographic immutability of public blockchain ledgers precludes technical execution of on-chain erasure requests.
Independent Web3 wallet extensions (Phantom, Solflare) and external user-submitted links operate under their own terms and privacy notices. PXWAR assumes no responsibility for external third-party services.
Nothing presented on this platform—including pixel values, 2X price multipliers, profit calculations, or leaderboards—constitutes financial advice, an offering of securities, or guarantee of profit. PXWAR is an experimental Web3 digital canvas.
Solana (SOL) and crypto assets are subject to severe market fluctuations. There is no guarantee that a pixel will ever be taken over by another participant or that capital will be recovered. Only transact with funds you can afford to lose.
Web3 technologies entail technological uncertainties. Protocol operators cannot be held liable for Solana network halts, transaction congestion, or browser extension issues.
Graphics and clickable links placed upon pixels are uploaded by independent global users. PXWAR does not audit external destinations. You assume full risk when clicking external links (DYOR).
International regulatory frameworks surrounding Web3 and digital assets are rapidly shifting. Compliance with local taxation in your jurisdiction is solely your responsibility.

1. Scope and Execution: Digital pixels with specific coordinates on the PXWAR.FUN canvas are allocated for use, branding, and blockchain tracking. Execution is instant on the blockchain.
2. Irreversibility: Transactions finalized on the Solana Mainnet are deterministic, technically permanent, and non-refundable.
3. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal: Under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and applicable digital commercial laws, intangible digital goods and services performed immediately have no right of withdrawal or return.
4. Takeover & 75% Profit Mechanism: Pixels are not eternal inviolable assets. Any user may take over territory by paying 2x the prior price. Upon takeover, 75% net of the payment is instantly credited to your wallet.
5. Prohibited Content: Uploading illegal materials, malicious software, hate speech, or infringing copyright is strictly prohibited; violators forfeit territory without refund.
INTRODUCTION AND CONTRACTING PARTIES: This International Digital Pixel Allocation, Licensing & Sale Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between PXWAR ("Platform" or "Provider"), operator of the PXWAR.FUN platform, and any natural or legal entity ("User", "Buyer", or "Pixel Holder") who allocates, acquires, designs, or takes over digital pixels on the Solana blockchain canvas using verified wallet cryptographic signatures and/or X (Twitter) authentication.
By marking the checkbox and/or confirming the transaction with a cryptographic Solana wallet, User irrevocably agrees, declares, and undertakes to abide by all articles of this Agreement.
1.1. Canvas: The 1000 × 1000 coordinate grid (1,000,000 total pixels) decentralized Web3 collaborative and war canvas hosted on PXWAR.FUN.
1.2. Digital Pixel: An intangible Web3 digital asset defined by [X, Y] Cartesian coordinates, granting display, color painting, JPG banner placement, and outbound URL linking rights.
1.3. Solana Blockchain: High-performance decentralized ledger network (Solana Mainnet-Beta) securing transactions and balances.
1.4. Takeover: Dynamic game-theoretic reallocation where a participant purchases claimed pixels at 2x their prior price.
1.5. Network / Gas Fee: Computational fee paid directly to Solana validators.
2.1. This Agreement governs allocation, customization, and takeover rights for pixels selected by the User via the PXWAR.FUN interface under international digital property principles.
2.2. Digital pixel allocation does not constitute physical real estate or security ownership; it grants non-custodial digital presentation and revenue rights.
3.1. The first 10 pixels per verified wallet are free of platform charge (0 SOL). Subsequent purchases and takeovers require payment of the displayed SOL amount.
3.2. Finalized Solana transactions are irreversible. The Platform cannot roll back or manually refund confirmed blockchain state.
4.1. Pixel allocation constitutes intangible digital content executed immediately upon on-chain settlement.
4.2. Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and UCC digital commerce doctrines, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.
4.3. User explicitly waives any revocation or return rights upon wallet approval.
5.1. The canvas operates on dynamic game theory. Territory is not immune from takeover.
5.2. Any third party may acquire claimed pixels by paying 2x the current valuation.
5.3. Net 75% of the takeover amount is automatically and instantaneously credited to the preceding owner's withdrawable balance.
5.4. User acknowledges and embraces this 75% profit-sharing game mechanic.
6.1. Users must comply with applicable international laws regarding content, images, and destination URLs.
6.2. Malware, phishing, hate speech, terrorism, and IP infringement are prohibited.
6.3. Platform administrators reserve the right to reset violating pixels and ban offenders without compensation.
7.1. Users warrant ownership or licensing for all uploaded logos and graphics.
7.2. Users grant the Platform a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to archive and display the canvas.
8.1. The Platform is not liable for Solana network congestion, RPC outages, or client extension issues.
8.2. Users bear sole responsibility for private key custody.
8.3. PXWAR does not offer financial or investment advice.
9.1. Cryptographic ledger signatures and immutable server logs constitute conclusive evidence.
9.2. Disputes shall be resolved under recognized international commercial arbitration standards.
